For Questions-

Commonly the questions will desire more information or more detailed pictures on an item. I will do what I can to get you a prompt response. I may not be able to get additional photographs depending upon where the item resides. I personally examine and photograph all the items but in some consignment cases for insurance reasons the consigner prefers to keep a particular item in his possession while it is listed (and it will ship from the consignor). In these cases I will do what I can to facilitate quick answers back to your questions but may not be able to supply more pictures. I do, however, shoot everything at a very high resolution (and then res them down for all the dial-up connections) so I may be able to pull the original high resolution image and get you the further detail you need. I also may have other angles or alternate shots that were not presented on the site.

Response Time-

This is not a 24 hour business as I am a collector and hobbyist first and foremost, not a dealer. However, I will generally try to answer an email promptly and within 24 hours during the week and on most weekends. Orders will always take a priority and I will clearly communicate with you exactly as to when and what the order status is so that there is no mis-understanding.

Listed Prices and Negotiating-

Prices on items are as listed. This is not a militaria show where an exchange of goods and cash is easily executed and bargaining regularly comes into play. Additionally many items are on consignment with a price set by the consignor. If you intend to buy a large quantity of items at once a discount may be possible but for individual sale the prices are all as listed.
